Date Night Dance & Relationship Enrichment Series (Teaser Class) Session 1

You knew that being in a relationship was going to be challenging. There would be ups and downs. Even when love is strong, maintaining communication, attunement, and romance can be tricky. Once the “new relationship energy” wears off, conflict becomes more frequent, and you miss the days when your relationship felt fresh and exciting. You’re in a rut and you don’t know how to climb out. It’s time to try something different. This program was designed for you! Partner dancing is a fun and easy way to rekindle romance, enhance communication, and facilitate joy between you and your partner. Relationship enrichment activities inspired by Authentic Relating practices add a whole new dimension!

The dancing we do will be basic Blues/Fusion and focused more on improvisation via attunement and connection than learning standardized patterns, like in many partner dances. My intention is to concentrate more on concepts than steps so that dancers of any style/skill level might learn something that will enhance what they already know about dancing. Also, much of the class will be allotted to relationship enrichment activities. This is not your traditional dance class. 😉

Attend the Teaser Class on 9/15 or 10/20 to sample the format at $40 per couple, and when you love it, sign up for the month-long series to experience the progress that comes from building upon each week.
