This is an empowered, no-fear dance class that inspires and challenges you to move your spirit as you gracefully move your body.  Relish in a soul-honoring movement experience.  Get the strength, artistry and utter joy of dancing while welcoming a kiss of soul growth + self-connection with each class. The embodied dance class combines the art and fitness of dance through a multitude of dance styles; jazz fusion, hip hop, latin, ballet and club funk to name a few. No dance experience needed but an open mind and body ready to groove are required.
