Swing Rueda is a circle dance where couples exchange partners in sync with each other following moves from a caller. Swing Rueda uses classic Lindy Hop moves as well as fun, playful moves adapted from Salsa Rueda. Our four-week progressive Swing Rueda class covers all the basic Swing Rueda moves so you can join in our Swing Rueda at Wednesday Waltz Etc. and Saturday Swing nights. No partner necessary BUT you must know the basic Lindy Hop swingout or take the Lindy Hop Boot Camp course immediately before the Swing Rueda class.

The Lindy Hop is the classic Savoy Ballroom swing dance of the 1930s and 40s. Its high-energy moves allow for individual expression as couples dance to the beat of big band music.
Come celebrate American Bandstand – the iconic TV show that featured the best music of the 1950s and 60s – with our special edition 5th Wednesday WWE. We’ll be celebrating American Bandstand’s iconic master of ceremonies – Dick Clark as well as ‘National Perpetual Youth Day’. DJ Kurt and DJ Art will recreate the music and vibe of American Bandstand with many of our favorite WWE music selections – swing, cha-cha, foxtrot, waltz and more! There will be two short consecutive lessons before the dance in back beat Jitterbug and a new couples mixer (no waltz lesson). Come ready to dance the night away!
