SoulSweat is a dance fitness program that draws from many forms of dance such as modern, jazz, hip hop, Latin, swing, country, African and even ballet. Deepen your connection to dance, free your self-expression, and discover more of who you really are through this exhilarating movement class. SoulSweat is a “follow along” choreographed dance program – we invite all levels, ages, genders, and body types to enjoy the freedom of moving to rhythms in ways that are unique to each student.
