Blues Taster: Ballroomin’

They say the only way to get rid of blues is to sing/dance ’em. Blues is a broad umbrella of musical styles, and as dance follows music, there are many ways to dance the blues. Join us for a three-week taster in December, each week we’ll learn about some of the main styles of dancing the blues: Jukin’, Ballroomin’, and Triplestep.

For when the music gets sweet and jazzy, we’ll explore the ballroomin’ style dances that have been danced to jazzy blues music throughout its history.

Cost: $15 per class or $40 for the entire series
