Join Dance To Be Free in the Tango Room at the Avalon for Lucy’s 60 minute class.
Dance To Be Free utilizes “Cathartic Choreography” to facilitate a transformational dance experience in an expressive, fun and healing class that builds gradually from a warm up to a high-energy peak, followed by a mindful cool-down.
First class is always free. $20 drop in.

We are Elder Ballet! Our Beginning Intermediate Ballet open class welcomes dancers who wish to explore their ballet in a welcoming, relaxed, and supportive environment. All dances will be taught and will be suitable for first-time dancers. Sliding scale admission of $5 to $15.
