As a working artist and teacher in Boulder for over 30 years, my classes challenge your mind and body with
a lush full-bodied warm-up, weight play, attention to alignment, musicality and fun!

Open to all intermediate and above dancers (any style). Teens welcome too.
$15/class.  Cash, check or Venmo.

Each month begins new warm-ups and combinations that build each week with plenty of repetition.
