OneBody Dance is a place that welcomes deep personal journeys and deepening connection with others through dance. Come join us as our bodies are moved individually and collectively, as One, in a way that supports and invites all of who you are – from your tender and youngest one, to your wise and contemplative sage to your most wild and primal animal spirit. This is a space for integration of all your parts and a home for your authentic expression.

Treat yourself every Wednesday and Saturday mornings and some Thursday afternoons to a Wave Dance Journey that leads through stillness to peak and back again.
