All events for Scandinavian Basics Class

Come join our Scandinavian Basics Dance class series (beginning Nov. 4).  This is the time to get started doing Scandinavian (primarily Swedish) couple dance.  "Learn to Pivot and Perfect Your Hambo".  No partner needed, just low-friction, hard-soled shoes so that you will be able to pivot (spin) on the beautiful Avalon floors.  Pivoting easily and frequently is necessary for fast-turning Polska and Pols dancing.  These classes build skills from week to week so one should try and attend regularly.
