Body Mandala is a high-vibe, joyful form of dance medicine! Each class is a lovingly curated (mostly) choreographed movement journey designed to ignite delight in your body, awaken creativity, and deepen presence. Through inspired playlists and themes, you'll discover new ways to embody your most radiant self!

A contra dance for children of all ages. All dances will be taught and will have simple choreography suitable for young children and first-time dancers. Sliding scale admission of $5 to $15; max of $25 per family. Stay for refreshments after the dance.

Colorado Friends of Old Time Music and Dance (CFOOTMAD) present a Zesty Contra dance the 2nd Saturday of each month. 7:00 p.m.- 10:00p.m. $15 for non-members; $12 for members; always live music.  The Zesty contra dance series is for dancers with some experience with contra dance.  There is no lesson before the dance, and walk-throughs may be abbreviated, or for simpler dances, eliminated entirely.

English Country Dance is a fun, friendly, community form of dance that originated in England during the Renaissance (if not even earlier!). All dances will be taught and will be suitable for first-time dancers. Sliding scale admission of $5 to $15. There will be a lesson at 7; the dance will run from 7:30 to 9:30 with a short break halfway through.

Dancing Beyond is a monthly ecstatic dance event that invites you into free-form, self-guided movement. Be prepared to embark on a wave-like musical journey as an active, embodied meditation where the body is a temple and dance is a portal to heal, connect, and celebrate. By donation (suggested $15 - $30); no pre-registration required. Facilitated and DJ'd by Tracy Goldenberg.

Come Learn the Basic Steps, Add Some Moves, or Polish Your Style! This 3-week*, Beg/Int 6-Count East Coast Swing series starts the 1st Sunday of every other month, alternating monthly with the Int/Adv class. No Partner Necessary!
