Group Information

The emphasis of this class is on developing a healthy and loving relationship with the

Self. Each class is a journey of diving into and deeply exploring erotic expression through dance. We practice listening to our body and its desires. We learn its language. Through this practice, we reprogram our limiting thought and action patterns into more empowered ways of being.

This class is for anyone who:

• Would like to establish or jump-start their personal sensual movement practice

• Wants to experience more erotic embodiment 

• Wants more dance in their lives ​​

• Would like to explore and expand their personal movement style

• Wants to feel deeply connected to other women 

Audrey LPCC, R-DMT, is a therapeutically trained facilitator with a decade of experience facilitating and guiding women toward more embodied, loving, and pleasurable ways of being.
