Friday Night Waves

Dear Boulder, Denver & Colorado dance community,

I’m so excited to come back your way and offer another 5Rhythms class at the Avalon on February 28th.

My intention is to continue and drop in again into the journey of the 5Rhythms Waves map.

I wouldn’t be able to do this without the help of my friends and local teachers, Melissa Michaels, Amber Ryan and Harwood Ferguson. I’m also incredibly grateful for Sonja and her crew for producing me.
