Special Hands Across Contra

CFOOTMAD’s newest dance series, Hands Across Contra, features inclusive gender-neutral contra dances in Boulder and Denver.  The Boulder dance happens on the fifth Friday of every month having a fifth Friday, in the Avalon Ballroom’s Tango Studio (enter at the northeast corner of the building), from 7:30-10:30pm. A free lesson starts before each dance at 7:00 pm. The price is a sliding scale, from $5 to $15. We value being financially accessible to as many dancers as possible, we value paying our performers as fairly as possible, and we trust our community to share weight in balancing the two.
