The emphasis of this class is on developing a healthy and loving relationship with Self. Each class is a journey diving into, and deeply exploring, erotic expression through dance. We practice listening to our body, and its desires. We learn its language. Through this practice we reprogram our limiting thought and action patterns into more empowered ways of being.
This class is about repossessing our wild feminine, reclaiming our sexuality, and freeing our creativity. It’s only when we allow this that we begin to cultivate our limitless power…
