SUMMARY:Lindy Hop: Unlocking Your Rhythm
DESCRIPTION:Jasper wants to give you the keys to the Rhythm-mobile. This isn’t your normal Lindy class. Instead of specific moves\, or movements\, it will instead focus on timing\, rhythm\, and groove. Jasper will take you through a set of mind-bending exercises you’ve never done before that are designed to help you feel comfortable locking into the rhythm in a way you’ve never felt before. The class will focus on solo dance\, but will also explore a partner dance context too. This is friendly for all levels\, and even advanced dancers (I mean you\, teachers!) will get something out of it.
