SUMMARY:Lindy Hop: Stretch It Out
DESCRIPTION:Does your dancing feel constrained? Are you looking for more space or time within the dance to add variations? Your Lindy Hop might just need a bit more stretch! In this session\, we will focus on techniques for both leaders and followers to introduce more elasticity into their dancing. The goal is to create a “rubber band” like connection between partners that makes the dance more efficient and cohesive.
