DESCRIPTION:Conscious Movement Practice \n\nThe Practice: \nJoin us for a sacred exploration of finding home in the body and dancing with the echoes of music and each other.  With gentle guidance and witnessing\, we practice shifting the pattern of going to the mind for answers to inhabiting the vessel you have been given. Allowing for deep listening through rest\, play\, authentic movements\, dance\, deep breaths and total surrender to what is needed in the moment.   \nThe Music:   \nHand chosen music from all over the world and in different eras of time will invite you to fully land and go inside first.  From this space the music will take you on a journey and invite you to feel the full landscape of your being. \n. Please turn phones off or leave belongings downstairs or in the car. Remember to bring water and comfortable clothing. We will remove shoes and keep them downstairs in the cubbies. \nThe Invitation:  \nWhen entering the space we enter in reverence. We shift the focus to meditative\, inward and quiet. The altar will be present holding the elements\, sacred objects and waiting for you to visit when needed.  \n\nThe Space: \nPlease turn off phones and come in quietly.\nKeep conversations to a minimum\,                                                                                but hugging and greeting friends is always welcome. \nIn order to keep the dance floor open and uncluttered please leave your shoes and personal belongings in the area behind the Sochi screens.              Exceptions:  water bottles\, journals\, personal yoga mats \n
