DESCRIPTION:Part two of the Boulder Swing Charleston series steps things up with more advanced technique and vocabulary related to the signature step of the Roarin’ 20s. Charleston II builds on material covered in the previous series. Dancers who did not attend the October series should be comfortable dancing a side-by-side Charleston basic at a medium-high tempo (~180 bpm)\, well-versed in kickaways and familiar with tandem Charleston. This progressive series takes place Monday evenings at the Avalon Ballroom.
