Remember your birthright of freedom\, joy\, and internal direction alongside a supportive and connected community.  \nTara has taught yoga in Boulder on & off for 20 years and is a founder and DJ of OneBody dance. Her students report loving her music and the way their life has changed since coming into our beautiful community. Join us for an experience of depth within ourselves and each other.
